После ваших комментов и 100% уверенности некоторых френдов, что это все делается руками волонтеров, я все-таки написала письмо с вопросом в сам Миниатюрный мир.
И вот их ответ.

Thank you for your enquiry about our ‘Greatest Little Show on Earth’. Throughout Miniature World there are a few donated exhibits but most dioramas are commissioned work produced by local artists.
